Seth O'Callaghan
Seth worked in a number of industries before coming to his most valued industry, that of the care industry. Seth comes to Empathy Community Services with a strong NDIS support worker background.
As Empathy’s Participant Relationship Coordinator, Seth frequently liaises with our Participants to ensure their support is tailored to their individual needs and well-being. Having had previous roles in support work, Seth understands from both the Participants and Care Worker perspectives.
As previously stated, Seth has studied and worked in various industries including film, television and marketing. Due to this prior experience, Seth is also our marketing lead with oversight of advertising, public relations and event attendance. This further translates to his role in networking with other providers to help Empathy participate in the greater community.
With Seth’s passion for media, his social nature and his empathetic approach to care, Seth is dedicated to help Empathy grow and for our participants to achieve their goals.
