Juliet Greene

Juliet Greene has dedicated a decade to versatile roles in the community services sector, working as a receptionist until 2018 and later serving as an Administration Officer at Access Community Services.

In 2022, driven by a desire to directly impact individuals’ lives, Juliet transitioned into a role as a Support Worker. Subsequently, in April 2023, she embraced a new challenge as an HR Coordinator at Empathy Community Services where she is tasked with overseeing recruitment, onboarding, management of employee records and implementation of HR policies. Juliet works in unison with staff to maintain a positive work environment, effective communication, and organisational skills.

Juliet’s diverse background, including a Cert. III in Aged Care, a Diploma in Business Administration, and a Cert IV in Child, Youth, and Family Intervention, showcases her adaptability and commitment to continuous learning and professional development. With a rich and varied career spanning community services and administrative roles, she embodies a passion for fostering community well-being and contributing meaningfully to the lives of those she works with.
