Carissa Croce
Carissa Croce graduated with a Bachelor of Behavioural Science in Psychology from QUT in 2023 and serves as an invaluable member of the administrative team at Empathy Community Services.
Her role as Onboarding Coordinator is central to the efficient functioning of the organization. Carissa is responsible for guiding new participants through our assimilation process. This involves facilitating introduction meetings, coordinating rostering, and preparing quotes that reflect a participant’s requested support. She serves as a point of contact for inquiries and feedback and plays a crucial role in creating a positive onboarding experience, fostering connections. Her continual evaluation and refinement of the onboarding process is vital for optimising participant’s experience when joining Empathy Community Services.
Beyond her technical proficiency, Carissa brings a unique passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others. Her enthusiasm for her work goes beyond the tasks associated with onboarding coordination; it extends to fostering a culture of trust and respect within the team and contributing meaningfully to various quality projects.
